Hot air is blown into the drum of a dryer, and ceramic balls are used to diffuse the hot air and agitate the object to be dried, adding heat to it. The far-infrared rays from the heated ceramic balls allow it to dry in a short time, and in the case of okara, the moisture content goes from over 70% to under 10% in just a few seconds. With a special patented technology structure that blows hot air directly without causing the object to burn, it has become possible to achieve overwhelmingly high efficiency drying compared to conventional kiln-type drying methods.
